Since I listened to a podcast for the first time in 2010, I had the dream of hosting my own podcast one day.
Since 2020 I knew it would be about New Process and how to rethink processes.
For the last weeks, I have been working really hard to make this dream come true.
I was shocked when I realized this at yesterday’s New Process Think Tank! 😳
Within the past few days, I have had several conversations about process maturity. Many organizations have modeled their processes and are now asking themselves, where do we go from here? How do we get to the next level?

On Tuesday, I had the chance to spend my lunch break at a panel discussion. I was invited to speak about Process Improvement at the so-called SKRUM session organized by SKORE.
