We have just finished the first online exchange session on #NewProcess and I would like to share my insights with you:
– The symbiosis of Process Management and New Work to focus on the people seems to be straight forward, but often forgotten in real life.
– As a basic, people have to be aware of processes. – This is often not the case…
– Thus, in the beginning, people need to be sensitized to the fact that they work in processes.
– Afterwards, people can be involved into the work on the process, for example to improve the process, think about trainings or develop cooperation and so on.
Thank you very much for your participation in the session. I will definitely think about ways to go on with the exchange about #NewProcess and I am looking forward to the next session. 😀
