New Process Boost Camp

The New Process Boost Camp is a premium 2-days workshop format to assess and rethink your individual business process.

To do so, you will be guided through three phases:

1. We will start with a deep dive into the world of New Process to provide the necessary background information to you and your team.
2. Based on an analysis of the current process, we will determine and prioritize the fields of action with regards to the New Process Principles and the New Process Life Cycle.
3. We will pick the highest ranked fields of action and start to rethink your process right away. – For sure, we will wrap up this phase with a planning of the next steps for you and your team.

Thus, after the workshop, you will have a deeper understanding of the New Process approach to continue rethinking your process. You will have a prioritized list with fields of action and a plan on how to process with your team to implement the changes. And – most important – you will have first improvements defined which can be implemented right away.

The workshop can be performed online and offline. For the offline workshop, I recommend to meet outside the ordinary working environment at an inspiring space at your town or in Hamburg.
