Even though I don’t drink tea, I was really looking forward to this interview with Thi. We’re talking about trust and I think it’s super important because it’s one of the principles of New Process, that we need to trust people more in and on the process.
We’re discussing questions like:
- What are ways to create processes with trust? Why is it so important?
- Is there a kind of blind trust?
- How do we even measure trust?
- What does it take to build trust?
- What role does AI play in trust-building?
- Why people might have a problem with trusting other people
- The concept of differentiating between process owner and process architect

What really stuck with me was the aspect of making people in processes visible. It really helps to have a name (and even a picture) of the person building the process, because you can identify with it more easily. Maybe you know this person from other projects and you know how she or he works. It also helps to give direct feedback.
I’m really curious to hear your opinion! What value do you place on trust? What have you experienced in your organization in terms of trust? 💭
