Within the past weeks, I had the chance to introduce the New Process approach on several occasions and the discussions with the participants helped me to sharpen my view on this topic. Today, I would like to share my conclusion with you.
It is time for the next New Process Think Tank. This month, I would like to invite you to a session focused on the two phases “Define Process Purpose” and “Develop Process Strategy” of the New Process Life Cycle.
We have been discussing this question a lot within the past New Process Think Tanks end of 2020. It is our assumption that knowing the Purpose of BPM will inspire people for excellent processes and it will guide us to rethink processes in a more human-centric way.
