It is time for the next New Process Think Tank. This month, I would like to invite you to a session focused on the two phases “Define Process Purpose” and “Develop Process Strategy” of the New Process Life Cycle.
The initial version of the purpose phase is already published in the New Process Toolbox. For the strategy phase, I have developed a draft and I would love to share and discuss this with you!
There will be at least one Think Tank session next week. Please indicate your availabilities and leave your first name and e-mail address until Thursday (Feb 11, 2021). I will use all your inputs to organize the sessions and send you the specific invitation by the end of this week.
All sessions will be held in English language in general. Please send me a message if you would like to participate in a German language session only.
