This week, I continue my search for a human-centric BPM tool and I am talking to Vincent Fischer from Modell Aachen GmbH in the New Process Podcast about their tool Q.wiki. And I immediately fell in love with the Viking!
The Viking is the character of the integrated help feature in Q.wiki. The Viking explains the tool and helps to find the relevant content. But have a look on your own. Vincent was so nice to record a video to show how to describe and retrieve processes in Q.wiki.
