Within the past few days, I have had several conversations about process maturity. Many organizations have modeled their processes and are now asking themselves, where do we go from here? How do we get to the next level?

The year 2022 is slowly approaching and I would like to invite you to a Think Tank to talk together about the topics for 2022 and beyond.
Within the past weeks, I had the chance to introduce the New Process approach on several occasions and the discussions with the participants helped me to sharpen my view on this topic. Today, I would like to share my conclusion with you.
We have been discussing this question a lot within the past New Process Think Tanks end of 2020. It is our assumption that knowing the Purpose of BPM will inspire people for excellent processes and it will guide us to rethink processes in a more human-centric way. This is why we have applied the Process Purpose Canvas to BPM itself within several feedback cycles. – Of course, we do what we recommend to others for our own process, too.
