General terms and conditions

To participate in the New Process Booster, you will need a confirmation from me in addition to filling out this registration form. After your registration you will receive an invoice via e-mail. Upon receipt of your bank transfer or PayPal payment, I will send you a binding confirmation and all necessary information to access the session.

The data provided during registration will be used to handle the administration of the New Process Booster only. Data will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances. The provision of all data is voluntary, but I will not be able to process a registration without full name, e-mail and invoice address. You can request that I delete your stored data at any time.

Cancellation of your registration is possible free of charge up to two weeks before the start of the event. In case of cancellation up to one week before the start of the event, half of the fee will be charged, after that the full fee applies. A transfer to another person is possible without additional costs.

I am entitled to cancel the event if the number of registrations is too low or if I am ill at short notice. Participation fees already paid will be fully refunded in this case.
